Remove unnecessary icons and doom builder hints for items.
Further adjustments to parry mechanics. Adjustments to how health/armor is auto-used. Now auto-used whenever possible rather than when armor/health is about to drop to zero. Another pass of PNG optimization.
Disable custom bobbing for third-party weapons (since this may cause visual glitches). Spiced up teleport fog with some sparkles.
