Removed old ragekit shader entirely, always use alt now.

2c70b63b1e Removed big font to reduce filecount.
Various menus have been tweaked to account for the bigfont removal.
Removal of flat and inverse shaded font variants.
Re-added pk3 creation and defaulted to it for new pushes.
