- Revised underwater effect now uses a lowpass filter in combination with an

optional freeverb unit.
- Removed ResetEnvironment hack, since with software reverb, losing the
  existing reverb when focus is lost isn't a problem.
- Commented out the TiMidity FIXME messages.
