- Removed some unnecessary morphing code.

- Fixed some bugs in the HIRESTEX parser.
- Added floating point support and #include and #define tokens to 
  FParseContext  Not used yet.
- replaced the value scanning code in FParseContext::GetToken with
  calls to strtol.
