- Added APROP_Dropped actor property.

- Fixed: The compatmode CVAR needs CVAR_NOINITCALL so that the compatibility flags don't get reset each start.
- Fixed: compatmode Doom(strict) was missing COMPAT_CROSSDROPOFF
