To activate, use `SetParticleType(int type)`. To deactivate, use `DisableParticle()`.
Types are:
- PT_DEFAULT (default value; uses `gl_particles_style`)
- PT_SQUARE
- PT_ROUND
- PT_SMOOTH
While in this mode:
- `Texture` & `Translation` are ignored
- `Scale.X` sets the size
- `SColor` sets the color
Misc changes:
- Removed warning on textureless destruction
Rewrote lobby to unify common and Doom-specific packet structure, allowing for saner handling of in-game joining. Added a new per-client stage system that allows individual clients to be handled at a time when gathering and sharing info. Reworked lobby UI to display user info and added kick/ban functionalities. Bans are only a temporary per-game IP ban (use passwords to keep unwanted users out). Increased max player count to 64 and unified engine constant.
Rewrote netcode to be more stable and functional. Packet-server mode has been restrategized and will now be the default netmode when playing with 3+ non-LAN players. TryRunTics has been cleaned up with older tick control behavior removed to account for the rewritten renderer. The main thread is now more consistent when playing online to prevent potential slow downs and lock ups. Load barriers are better accounted for to prevent spikes on level transition. Improvements to chat and lobby systems including a force start game button. Added a suite of new host options such as kicking and controlling who can pause the game. Max players increased from 8 to 16 since the new code can now handle it.
Note: Demo functionality is untested. This will be rewritten at a later time alongside improvements to GZDoom's playback features (e.g. freecam mode).
Fixed the discrepancy where WalkStepTics and RunStepTics were called, well, that. In the terrain struct in both C++ and ZScript. While the terrain parser looked for WALKINGSTEPTIME and RUNNINGSTEPTIME instead.
Also made the parse not multiply these time values by the ticrate to treat them as seconds instead of tics.
Added flags for P_HitWater().
Added optional overridable footsteps for players.
Added an overridable MakeFootsteps() virtual in PlayerPawn. Which allows for adding totally custom footstep logic for players. By default, it comes with a basic footstep system that uses the footstep properties of whatever terrain the pawn is standing on. bMakeFootsteps must be enabled on the pawn for the virtual to run.
Added generic StepSound TERRAIN property.
Added a generic step sound TERRAIN property, for defining foot-agnostic step sounds. Used by the built-in footstep system over the individual foot ones.
Simplified MakeFootsteps().

* Fixed indents. Added bbox property to subsector struct and use it instead of BSP nodes and Clippers (creating a bbox around viewpoint and checking for overlap) in orthographic mode when no fog of war is active. Turns out to be much faster. Though you need really big maps (Winter's Fury MAP01) to see a difference in fps.
* Non-linux checks don't like uint. Changed to unsigned int.
* Small change of a float to camera.zs. Ignore for testing. Should make no difference.
* Update actor.h to remain mergeable
RF2_NOMIPMAP was introduced, so I had to displace RF_ISOMETRICSPRITES to next bit.

Extra safety to ensure dummy Actor deaths properly emulate a real death and aren't duplicate called. Fixed a crash when using the kill command while set to unmorph on death. Super morphing is now possible while using the morphme cheat if passing the morph class directly. Added a flag to ignore player invulnerability completely when morphing.
Added getter and setter functions for handling whether or not the player fields should be gotten/set. Added MRF_KEEPARMOR flag to prevent stripping armor on morph. Optimized unmorphed Actor by setting it to NoInteraction and removing it from the blockmap and sector lists.

Revert "Minor addition toe SpectatorCamera. Added three chase modes to lazy follow. 0: Catch up until tracer is centered again. 1: Same but don't move if tracer isn't moving (camera moving when character is not is jarring). 2: Stop chasing if tracer is closer than lagdistance. All CVars, mapinfo variables, and playerinfo/playerpawn variables are gone.
A Camera actor named 'SpectatorCamera' is defined in warsrc/static/zscript/actors/shared/camera.zs
The following new flag bits were defined in the 'DViewPosition' struct for use with actor->ViewPos in src/playsim/actor.h:
VPSF_ALLOWOUTOFBOUNDS = 1 << 3, // Allow viewpoint to go out of bounds (hardware renderer only).
VPSF_ORTHOGRAPHIC = 1 << 4, // Use orthographic projection.
VPSF_ISOMETRICSPRITES = 1 << 5, // Displace sprites towards camera and don't billboard (drawn from isometric perspective).
Basically, spawn a SpectatorCamera actor with the appropriate flags and set it to player.camera.

Has been tested with multiplayer death and disconnection (and respawns). Not tested with portals.
Still only works with hardware renderer (mostly). But should be compatible with older mods and libraries.

- Moved the bone storage object's creation to RenderModels so that the armature array can be sized there
