94be307225 Netcode Overhaul
Rewrote netcode to be more stable and functional. Packet-server mode has been restrategized and will now be the default netmode when playing with 3+ non-LAN players. TryRunTics has been cleaned up with older tick control behavior removed to account for the rewritten renderer. The main thread is now more consistent when playing online to prevent potential slow downs and lock ups. Load barriers are better accounted for to prevent spikes on level transition. Improvements to chat and lobby systems including a force start game button. Added a suite of new host options such as kicking and controlling who can pause the game. Max players increased from 8 to 16 since the new code can now handle it.

Note: Demo functionality is untested. This will be rewritten at a later time alongside improvements to GZDoom's playback features (e.g. freecam mode).

96d328de9b - removed all Doom Source license and all default Raven copyright headers and replaced them with GPLv3. Also fixed the license in a few other files.
For some files that had the Doom Source license attached but saw heavy external contributions over the years I added a special note to license all original ZDoom code under BSD.

db86385cf6 - removed STACK_ARGS.
The only reason this even existed was that ZDoom's original VC projects used __fastcall. The CMake generated project do not, they stick to __cdecl.
Since no performance gain can be seen by using __fastcall the best course of action is to just remove all traces of it from the source and forget that it ever existed.

e1729a9ec2 - fixed compilation with VC++2005 solution.
hu_stuff.h defined some callbacks for qsort without STACK_ARGS which causes problems with this solution's Release setting which uses __fastcall calling convention.

a3a7ee569f Multi-intermission waits for all players + changes
- Added a segment of code that now makes the intermission wait for all
players before advancing, instead of continuing on any player. A "ready
icon" shows to reflect this.

- The Deathmatch intermisson couldn't show the ready icon (because it
just used the ingame scoreboard), so a proper intermission was added,
which reflects the same design as the coop scoreboard.

- The colour column wasted more space then it should have needed, so it
was replaced with player colour backgrounds.

- Slight y offset adjustments to make everything fit in 320x200
properly.

5c702e66e2 - Player icons that are taller than the small font will now expand the vertical size of the
player bars on the scoreboard.
- Fixed: Having +showscores down during the intermission would draw both the regular intermission
  scoreboard plus the HUD scoreboard.
- Fixed: hu_scores used the player icon's unscaled width when calculating sizes.

e1bd63e876 - Turned on warning level 4 just to see what it would produce: a lot of
warnings. At first, I was going to try and clean them all up. Then I decided
that was a worthless cause and went about just acting on the ones that
  might actually be helpful:
C4189 (local variable is initialized but not referenced)
   C4702 (unreachable code)
C4512 (assignment operator could not be generated)

c412b42703 - Fixed: cycle_t was still a DWORD and not a QWORD under GCC.
- The stat meters now return an FString instead of sprintfing into a fixed
  output buffer.
- NOASM is now automatically defined when compiling for a non-x86 target.
- Some changes have been made to the integral types in doomtype.h:
  - For consistancy with the other integral types, byte is no longer a
    synonym for BYTE.
  - Most uses of BOOL have been change to the standard C++ bool type. Those
that weren't were changed to INTBOOL to indicate they may contain values
other than 0 or 1 but are still used as a boolean.
  - Compiler-provided types with explicit bit sizes are now used. In
particular, DWORD is no longer a long so it will work with both 64-bit
    Windows and Linux.
  - Since some files need to include Windows headers, uint32 is a synonym
for the non-Windows version of DWORD.
- Removed d_textur.h. The pic_t struct it defined was used nowhere, and that
  was all it contained.
