2c70b63b1e Removed big font to reduce filecount.
Various menus have been tweaked to account for the bigfont removal.
Removal of flat and inverse shaded font variants.
Re-added pk3 creation and defaulted to it for new pushes.

Prevent mp items from spawning on skills 5 and 6.
Disable store on skills 5 and 6.
Fix Shotgunners dropping Wallbusters in Doom 1.
Fix episode/skill menus being compacted when they have more than 5 text items.

bd0067a804 Saya Bean moved to Doom collectibles (there's nothing that would make it exclusive to latter IWADs)
Increase the bean size.
Come up with more collectibles for the future.

6068047fe8 Fix typo in SUSAN lore entry.
Restore weapon precaching.
Add precaching for gesture items.
Fix broken physics of light actors.
Add light actor physics to confetti.
Fix composite items not keeping their tracers on travel.
Fix ground distance reporting meters when it should be showing kilometers.
Reattach player shadow on travel.
Fix tip 37 erroneously listing slots from 6 and up as FOILINVUL when it should be 7 and up.
